You acknowledge that providing any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection or cancellation of services offered by CreaAid Ventures. You further confirm that you are either the sole owner, co-founder, or authorized representative of the business idea or startup mentioned in this form, and you have the legal right to share all related information.
CreaAid Ventures respects and values your privacy. All personal, business, and financial data provided through this form will be kept strictly confidential and secured within CreaAid Ventures’ internal systems. All intellectual property rights related to your business idea, brand name, product, service, or content remain solely with you, the founder or business owner. CreaAid Ventures does not claim any ownership or rights over your business or startup idea. However, by submitting this form, you grant CreaAid Ventures a limited, non-exclusive license to use your shared information for the purpose of service delivery, portfolio showcase (with consent), and internal records.
These terms and conditions are governed under the laws and regulations of India. Any disputes arising out of this form submission or services offered by CreaAid Ventures shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
